Guzman is accused of engaging in sex acts with two teenagers back in 20, when, investigators say, one girl was 15, the other 16 when the contact allegedly began.
He's also accused of supplying them with alcohol and prescription drugs. His next court date has not been set."People are innocent until proven guilty, we hope his community will understand that," Waldman said.

The lawsuit, filed in federal district in New Jersey this month, says Blair Academy discriminated against the student because he is both black and a male. It is the latest in a number of lawsuits in New Jersey and the country in which male students claim discrimination or a violation of due process by school officials who investigated allegations of sexual misconduct.
